Hi, I’m Emilia! As Head of Blog, I organise the weekly blogs for the Norman Rea Gallery. I write and share different interpretations of art history and reflect on art’s place in the world today. The blog represents the gallery and shows off its inspiring and unique creative environment.

I am excited to be on the committee this year for the gallery because I have been a member since I started at university and have seen the welcoming space that it creates. Bringing together the creativity of this community and valuing people’s opinions of art is very important to me. I really enjoy going to art exhibitions and I am interested in how art crosses language and cultural barriers.
