My role at the Norman Rea Gallery is Co-Director, alongside the lovely Milly. Together, our role is to play a leading part in running the gallery, working closely with members and the committee to ensure we put together high-quality exhibitions and events. A really important part of the position is making sure that everyone’s voice is heard, while also creating opportunities for other committee members to take the lead on projects and bring their own ideas to life. The role involves a lot of delegation, organisation, and a willingness to get thoroughly stuck in! I am very excited for the creative year ahead and can’t wait to continue expanding the gallery, developing new ideas, and helping to make it an exciting space for everyone involved.
