Hi, I'm Eleanor! My role entails assisting the Directors in running the Gallery professionally, and helping provide a creative hub for the University! We bridge the gap to the rest of the committee and are looking forward to working closely with everyone to carry out new ideas and visions for the Gallery and keep growing.

Art has always provided an escape for me, and galleries are my favourite places to discover new artists and styles of expression. Walking into a Gallery and not knowing what you will see, what pieces will jump off the wall at you and you can relate to, or make you feel something (anything!) is so exciting to me, and being a part of the process that provides this creative outlet for so many students and artists in York means a lot to me. Norman Rea has given so much to me over my first two years at York, I can't wait to give back to it and inspire future generations of the Gallery!
