Hello, I’m Eleanor! Alongside the wonderful Amelia, being Co-Director involves overseeing everything that goes on in the gallery, and making sure our exhibitions and other events align with the goals of NRG to be an inclusive and creative hub on campus. We want to make sure that our committee and members get the most out of this unique opportunity to work in a student gallery, and promote this to the wider community in York!

Norman Rea was the main reason I chose to study at York, and continues to be my favourite aspect of university life. It has given me the opportunity to pursue my creative and curatorial interests, and I've made some lovely friends who all share this enthusiasm for art. The committee is the most friendly and welcoming bunch of people I have met, so being able to work with them on exciting and innovative events will be a privilege.
